If the phone number of your SIM card is different from the number saved in the app, the call cannot be made.

Please make sure that the phone number on your device matches the one registered in the app. Only if both numbers are the same, the call will work properly.

Tip:
Go to your smartphone settings and compare the number shown there with the one stored in the app. Update it if necessary to ensure the connection works.
