General Return Flow
• Orders from Pharmacies, Mediamarkt and Womanizer/Orion stores all have Return Stickers attached.
• Sticker instructs couriers to contact 3PL LiveOps if delivery fails.
• LiveOps guides the courier and informs CS-JET about the return.
• Sticker is placed on the outside of the order bag.
Pharmacy Orders
• Orders packed in unbranded plastic bags with sticker and order number visible.
• Receipts stored inside the bag due to GDPR—hidden from couriers.
• Courier uses Fleetlery app for delivery details and must verify identity.
• If customer unreachable, return to the pharmacy - no doorstep or 3rd party handoffs.
MediaMarkt Orders
• Same handling as pharmacy: plastic bag, hidden receipt, ID check.
• Return to MediaMarkt store if delivery fails—no doorstep or 3rd party handoffs.
Womanizer/Orion Orders
• Same handling as pharmacy: plastic bag, hidden receipt, ID check.
• Return to Womanizer/Orion store if delivery fails - no doorstep or 3rd party handoffs.
Please Note: If undeliverable items are not returned, this will be treated as theft and may result in criminal charges being filed by the stores with the police.
