A friendly service can make someone’s day:

  • Greeting: “Hello/Hallo/Guten Tag/Guten Abend”

  • Say their name: “ Hi I have an order here for Stephan”

  • “Here is your order/ Ihre bestellung ist da!”

  • Farewell: “Bye/Tschüss/Schönen Tag/Schönen Abend”

What if something has gone wrong?

  • Everyone makes mistakes, so remember to stay calm​

If you notice a mistake beforehand:

  • Contact your support partner and they will support in finding a solution​

If the customer notices a mistake after handover:

  • Apologise on behalf of the delivery partner and advise the customer to contact the support platform/restaurant. ​
