Delivering to the customer

  • At the drop off, the app should automatically change your status to ‘Arrived’ based on your location. If you need to change this manually, simply slide the button.

  • You will need to take a photo of the order with the customer’s address or doorbell name clearly visible as proof of completion.

  • Once you have given the order to the customer, tap the Complete pickup button. If you have another order in this tour, carry on to the next stop and repeat this step.
